DIVE FROM THE SHORE

Arrival time. If you have booked for these dives, you should come at our Diving Center at the time that you have fixed with our crew.

Payment. The payment must be done, after you filled Diver Medical Participant Questionnaire, before the dive commence.

Cancellation. If you choose not to complete the dives, our Diving Center will not issue a refund. The payment is acceptable in cash only.

FULL DAY BOAT DIVE

Arrival time. Boat departs promptly at 9:30 am. Please to arrive 1 hour before departure to be in time for the check-in with dive master (host), show certification card, prepared your equipment or to rent it, if you need.

Payment. The payment must be done, at least 24 hours before the date you have booked.

If you choose not to complete all of the dives included in the daily scuba tour with a boat (2 dives) due to personal reasons, our Diving Center will not issue a refund.

This experience requires a minimum 3 divers. If it’s cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date or full refund.

Cancellation. To have a full refund you should cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the diving date.

CHANGES DUE TO WEATHER. All destinations and departure times are subject to change depending decisions made by the Captain on weather and sea conditions. Unfortunately, we are not able to predict what the weather will be like for an upcoming trip. The crossing to the delta may be rough, but there are many places the boat can hide from the weather so that your diving is still enjoyable. The Captain will not place the passengers or the boat in danger. The local marine forecast is checked prior to the departure of all trips, unfortunately, as with any weather forecast, conditions can change in a matter of minutes. The Captain will make the final determination as to the destination and departure times, for the safety of all aboard.

DIVE SITES. Determined by the boat captain’s “BEST CHOICE” of water visibility, tide, current, surge, swell and wind. 

CHILDREN under 18 years old have to be accompanied by an adult.

CHILDREN under 8 years old are not allowed to dive.

PERSONAL ITEMS. Each diver or passenger should provide his/her own personal items for their trip, (i.e., towels, bathing suits, sunscreen, cash, and summer windbreaker jacket etc.)

OBLIGATORY. You cannot go to altitude 24 hours after diving.

AIR. The Albania Adventure – Diving Center is able to fill all tanks with Air, max 200 Bar. It costs 5 Euro for tank. 

EQUIPMENT RENTALS are available at our dive center, providing all necessary diving gear. Should any rented equipment be damaged or lost, an 80% reimbursement of the manufacturer’s official retail price will be required.

FOOD & BEVERAGES. Bring your own food & drinks. 

STORING YOUR EQUIPMENT. Bring everything including food and drinks.  Dive bags and/or dive storage containers can be stored in the floor. If you are not sure, please ask a Guide member to assist you. Please do not leave any dive gear unsecured while underway. The Albania Adventure – Diving Center is not responsible for any lost or stolen item from the boat. All unclaimed dive equipment and/or other miscellaneous items left aboard the boat for more than 30 days will be discarded. We do not have enough storage to hold all unclaimed items for more than 30 days. Left aboard items such as clothing will be donated to local charities. Please be sure to check for your personal items and dive equipment before you leave the boat.

PARKING It’s not included. 

CAMERA EQUIPMENT. Cameras and video equipment are welcome aboard.

HUNTING. Spear-guns are not allowed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SCUBA DIVING MULTI DAYS TOUR

RESERVATION. You have eligible reserved a tour once a 20% deposit of the total tour price is deposited in Albania Adventure’s bank account.

PAYMENT

• Once the tour is reserved, you will be provided with an electronic confirmation in which you will also find an invoice attached.
• Advance payment of 20% of the total tour price is required. The customer is to pre-pay all bank transfer costs.
• Clients are offered two options to pay the remaining amount:
  1. at our Diving center prior to departure.
  2. by bank transfer five weeks prior to departure.
• All fees will be charged to the sender of the transfer. Albania Adventure gets the full amount submitted by the sender. These fees include the charges levied by the sending bank and any charges applied by intermediary (correspondent) banks.
• Note: flight ticket costs are not included.

TOUR CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

• For cancellation up to 40 days prior to departure date only the deposit (20% of the Tour price) will be retained.
• For cancellation up to 30 days prior to departure the customer will be charged 30% of the Tour price.
• For cancellation up to 14 days prior to departure the customer will be charged 50% of the Tour price.
• For cancellation less than 14 days prior to departure date the customer will be charged 80% of the Tour price.

Email cancellations are preferred verification of intent to cancel. The date of the email will determine the cancellation fees applicable.

TOUR CANCELLATION BY ALBANIA ADVENTURE DIVING CENTER

Albania Adventure reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason, but will not cancel a tour less than 14 days before departure except for Force Majeure, which is any unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside the Albania Adventure control. When a tour is cancelled by AA (including the failure to reach the minimum number of customers required for a Group Tour) before the agreed date of departure for any reason other than the fault of the Client, the Client can either:

1. select a substitute tour of equivalent or superior price if A.A is able and willing to offer such a substitute; 
2. select a substitute tour of lower price if the A.A is able and willing to offer one and to recover from the A.A the difference in price between the price of the tour originally purchased and that of the substitute tour;

AA reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the deposit and/or the remaining amount is not paid on time. Furthermore, AA reserves the right to retain the 20% deposit if the balance due is delinquent.

The Company is not responsible for any incidental expenses like: non-refundable flights, etc..
